ODWD switched merchant providers on May 1,
2026. All customers who have stored payment methods on the customer web
portal must delete any existing payment methods and add a new payment method.
All customers that are setup on automatic payment must re-sign up for new
automatic payment. Existing autopay will not run on the due date of your current statement; you will need to re-sign up before the due date for your autopay to
